Present situation and the countermeasures about the quality management of medicine education under the background of information technology

The rapid development of information technology promotes a new education reform carried out by the medical colleges and schools,especially in the field of development and innovation of the management system of teaching quality. There are several problems in traditional management of teaching quality under the background of IT application in education sector,including the pool awareness of IT,the low level of IT application,and the lack of the effectual supervision on the teaching quality management etc. As a result,I put forward feasible suggestions,based on the study of advanced management theory of teaching quality,in such main aspects as follows: the concept of the quality management,the supervision in the teaching link,the assessment of teaching quality,the building of teaching resource,and the cultivation of talent team. I hope the research,if possible,could contribute to the reform of teaching quality management in other colleges and schools.
