Abstract
At present, China is making great strides forward to the sports powerful nation tries hard, the athletics sports’ international competitiveness and mass sports’' level of development must be the weight and the distinction sports powerful nation two primary standards. Therefore, advances to the sports powerful nation to promote each sport cause’s coordinated development, the solution athletics sports and in mass sports developing process some contradictions.
