Abstract
The principle,technical process and characteristics of RAPD molecular marker are discussed in this paper.An analysis are given of the application status of RAPD molecular marker in the studies of edible fungi,such as classification,identification of edible fungi,mass heredity and genetic breeding.We think that the technique of RAPD will have more widely application because of its manipulativeness and high efficiency in the study of edible and medicinal fungi of the DNA molecular level.
