Empirical Analysis about Administrative Orientation in Real Right Law

With the mixture of public law and private law in modern society,the norm for the establishment of Real Right Law is not completely limited to the field of private law but involves various major issues in the field of administrative law.To improve Real Right Law,the following measures should be taken: relevant law and regulations should be made and complemented;restructuring of administration should conform to the regulations of Real Right Law;public interests should be determined with the help of administrative law;relief system should be promoted to meet the requirements of protection;public property system should be established.
