Abstract
Rapid urbanization is imposing great impact on peri-urban farmland.Based on collaborative planning model, four urban-planning strategies are discussed as follows: attaching great importance to farmland; coordination of interests in every aspect; integration of each government department's plan; perfect measure on master plan and regulatory plan.
