Abstract
Objective To obtain novel pyrazole derivatives which have higher biological activity. Methods New pyrazole compounds were synthesized with pyrazolone, thiophenol and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. And its structures were established by spectrum and its biological activities were detected. Results Five new compounds were designed and synthesized, which was not reported in other papers. Also their structures were established by IR, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis. Conclusions Preliminary bioassays indicated that some compounds showed fungicidal activity.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
