Application value of hysteroscopy in clinical diagnosis of the endometrial carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application value of hysteroscopy in clinical diagnosis of the endometrial carcinoma.Methods The clinical information of 65 cases of endometrial carcinoma was retrospectively analyzed.The diagnosis of fractional curettage and hysteroscopy were comparatively analyzed with surgery and pathology results as the gold standard.Results(1) 30 cases of the hysteroscopy group was diagnosed as the endometrial carcinoma,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 90.9%;17 cases of the fractional curettage group was diagnosed as the endometrial carcinoma,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 53.1%,comparing the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).(2) The stageⅠandⅡof preoperative diagnosis confirmed by pathology that the diagnose accordance rate was 95.8% and 100.0% in the hysteroscopy group;The stageⅠandⅡof preoperative diagnosis confirmed by pathology that the diagnose accordance rate was 70.8% and 75.0% in the fractional curettage group,comparing the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy is a safe and effective method for diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma,it is worthy to be popularized.
