Abstract
During the period of modern times of China,Liang Qichao、Hu Shi and Wang Zhenxian started the study of history of China,thus discovering Liang wrote The Rich History of Chinese Jurisprudence. Hu wrote the part on in Sketch of Chinese Philosophy History. And Wang wrote Chinese Ancient Jurisprudence. These three persons' works have become the three typical texts of history. Their works studied the range,methods and topics of Chinese in a new perspective. Their significance lies in that they have contributed to the academic community's approval of the cultural and academic importance of Chinese ancient jurisprudence. This makes the review of the origin of and the new discovery of jurisprudence possible.
