Abstract

The pot experiment combined with analysis in lab, was used to study the biologic activity in wheat rhizosphere soils after several kinds of phosphorus fertilizer were added into calcareous soil. The results indicated that the amounts of microorganism in rhizosphere soil and bulk soil and effect of rhizosphere (R/B)had remarkable difference during wheat growth for different treatments of phosphorus with the sequence being: K 2HPO 4CaMg-PSSPFAck. The amounts of microorgasnism reached the peak at the later stage of growth. The activity of phosphate in wheat rhizosphere were gradually raised with crop growth. The activity of soil phoshpates were different among different phoshporus treatments, with the sequence being:FASSPK 2HPO 4CaMg-Pck.The activity of alkaline phosphate was remarkably higher than that of neutral phosphate.
