Abstract
Objective:To study the Clinical Application of Serum pyridinoline cross-linked carboxy-terminal telopeptide of type Ⅰ collagen(ICTP) Detection In Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA).Methods: Serum level of ICTP was measured by ELISA in 86 RA and 41 non-RA patients and 40 normal controls. Results: The serum levels of ICTP in the RA and non-RA patients were remarkably higher than that in the normal controls(P0.05);The serum level and positive rate of ICTP in the RA was remarkably higher than that in non-RA patients(P0.05).Conclusion: The serum level of ICTP can reflect the degree of joint destruction and the progression of the disease in patients with RA.
