The Basic Concept to Construct the Suit for Civil Retrial

At present,current civil retrial system in our country does not implement so well,which can be rooted from the major defect in its concept basis.So,when reforming current civil retrial system,we must discard those wrong concepts and establish the right ones.To ensure achieving the reform objectives of civil retrial system and ultimately set up the suit for civil retrial,the balance between res judicata,the purpose of civil proceedings,the value of civil procedure and the suit for civil retrial must be set up,and the concept of limited retrial and limited error correction be established.
