Abstract
With the further development of mobile internet, tangible currency will be further replaced by electronic currency. Fro the great difference between electronic currency and traditional one in research and development, operation, etc, the operation of financial institutions, monetary policy of central bank will be impacted on, e. g. amplifying currency multiplier. Upon assaulting of electronic currency, the operation of monetary policy through interest rate procedure will be better than the operation of base money supply.
