Abstract

This article Briefly analyzed present popular multimedia creation tool's function and characteristic,proposed the design principle and total function structure of the creation system which gathers the information processing,manuscript of the multi-media information editor and plays to sow in the integral whole.Finally the a multimedia information application procedures which can play the graph,the image,the animation,the tone frequency,the video frequency(AVI,MOV and the VCD small video disk) with Visual Basic and so on have been geve.
