Analysis of Factors Affecting the Outsourcing of Industrials Service——Panel Data Analysis Based on 22 Industries

There is a paradox that the proportion of service industry in GDP is low and is far from being the dominant industry in national economy in the process of industrialization of China,which is due to serious interior supply of producer service.Some measures to promote outsourcing of service introduced in Shandong,Zhejiang province had some good results.In this paper,we used the input-output table data to measure the service outsourcing of industrials and estimated the factors which affected the service outsourcing density.The result shows that the ownership structure of the industrial sector,firm sizes,export density,relative productivity,relativetaxation,and financial system have important influence of outsourcing.And the measures of expanding the enterprise scale,speeding up the service industry reform,promoting the level of human capital,improving the tax system,land system,financial system should be taken to enhance the services outsourcing.
