Immunological Function and Hepatic Function Study in Patients Infected with HIV and HIV/HBV

Objective To quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the CD3~+、CD~4+、CD8~+T Lymphocyte Level and the Alteration of Liver function of patients infected with HIV,and polyinfected with HBV and HIV.Methods The flow cytometry was used to measure CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+ and CD4/CD8~+ratio of 46 patients infected with HIV,14patients polyinfected with HBV and HIV and 10 normal controls and the liver function of them were measured.Results All markers of HIV/HBV polyinfection group,HIV infection group,HBV infection group and normal control group had statistic difference with each other(F=50.67,F=46.06,F=92.51,P0.01).Quantity of CD3~+ cells showed that HIV/HBV groupHIV groupnormal control(P0.01),quantity of CD4~+ cells was HIV/HBV groupHIV groupnormal control(P0.01),while quantity of CD8~+ cells was HIV group normal control(P0.01).CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio is invert,HIV/HBV,HIV group normal control(P0.01).Conclusion The detection of absolute quantity of CD4~+ cells and CD4/CD8~+ratio maybe important in evaluating immune condition,progression and prognosis of patients infected with HIV.Moveover,polyinfected with HBV and HIV may hurt the patient's immune function and liver function more serious.
