Abstract

In the process of state owned enterprise innovation, we have an ultimate goal, that is, to set up modern corporate system to enhance corporate performance. Perfect corporate governance is the guarantee for establishing modern corporate system. Based on the research of the theories of corporate governance, the authors analyze the relationship between corporate governance and performance, and put forward the common relationship model between corporate governance and performance.
