Abstract
The effects of salt solution with different concentrations(0.3%、0.5%、0.7%) on proline,H2O2 content,SOD,POD and CAT activity of leaf beet..The results showed that content of praline and H2O2,SOD、POD、CAT activity appeared to increased at 45d-55d under 0.5% salt solution, and they were higher than CK.The salt resistance is lower under 0.7% than that of 0.5% salt solutiong. This result showed: leaf beet is a kind of salt resistance plant, and the study is the thesis base of way and mechanism on salt resistance.
