Abstract

Nearly 150 soil samples were collected in greenhouses from more than 20 cities or counties in northeastern China during April 2003 to July 2004.About 1 000 fungal isolates were obtained by diluting plate method and rose bengal medium. The fungal isolates were identified to species level after purification and subculture. This paper deals with a part of the research results, mainly about ascomycetes and mitosporic fungi.Six species of five genera of ascomyctes and ten species of seven genera of mitosporic fungi were listed here, including two newly recorded species for China, Lophotrichus brevirostratus, Microascus cinereus and Emericellopsis terricola, which were reported but there was no formal detailed description about them in China.
