Abstract
Japan's Trust Law was revised in December 2006 with major changes.The major changes include duties of trustee,rights of beneficiary,and types of trust.The revised Japanese Trust Law has established the common rules of civil trust,commercial trust and public trust,expanded autonomy space for trust parties,increased a great deal of arbitrary norms,enhanced the scientific nature of legal language and system operability.Our country's Trust Law should draw on the revision of Japanese Trust Law,be updated in the legislative concept and modify and add to legal norms.
