The application of the humanistic care in emergency care

Objective: To explore the application effect of the humanistic care in the emergency care.Methods: 100 patients selected which accepted the study were randomly divided into two groups A and B,each of the 50 cases.In the nursing process,A group of patients were carried out humane care,while group B patients were not.To provide a satisfactory degree of risk,as observed for the two groups were compared.The results: A group of patients is satisfaction to 98%,B group of patients is satisfaction to 98%.Comparing the two groups were significantly different(X2 = 4.3956,P = 0.0360).Conclusion: the process of emergency care,as far as possible to provide humane care for patients throughout the entire process,so that emergency patients and their families satisfaction and emergency care quality be continuously improved and reduce nurse-patient disputes in order to facilitate the patients have health knowledge and a speedy recovery.
