The Analysis of Hospital Pharmacy Management Related Issues and Countermeasures

Objective To investigate hospital pharmacy management problems and develop targeted measures so as to effectively ensure pharmacy management developing properly,orderly and standardizedly.Methods Problems existing in our hospital pharmacy management in 2011 were summarized and analyzed and targeted measures were developed.Results Pharmacy management mainly had three disadvantages:the level of informatization was not high,the quality and professional knowledge of the administrators were low and management system was not sound,the proportion was 40.0%,35.0%,25.0% respectively.Conclusion Pharmacy management is an important part of hospital work facing many problems.Administrators of hospital should monitor and analyze the problems existing in pharmacy management regularly so as to develop responsive measures effectively to improve the level of hospital pharmacy management.
