Abstract

The library's work is based on cataloguing.With the development in cataloguing,it changes from the online cataloging into the social cataloguing.The value of the library cataloguer has changed a lot.In order to make the library cataloguing better and faster,this article studies on the cataloguer's value after the outsourcing cataloguing services in a further way.
