Abstract
The reasonable sintering process parameters of limonite are studied in this paper.The results show that sintering of limonite is suitable to lower negative pressure.Both proportioning of fuel and moisture have a suitable value.And suitable moisture and fuel value increase with the increase of proportioning of limonite.With the increase of sinter basicity,every index of sinter and sinter strength become better no matter what proportioning of limonite is.As a result,the calcium ferrite in sinter increases,reducibility,tumbler strength and production yield of sinter are all improved.
