Abstract
Inner-party democracy is the life of the Party and plays an important and leading role in people's democracy.This article reviews the relations between inner-party democracy and people's democracy,especially on the exemplary and leading role of inner-party democracy for people's democracy,the impetus role of people's democracy for inner-arty democracy and the similarity and differences of these two in goal,motivation and the form of implementing.
