Abstract

The basic technology and four stages of developing hot delivery and hot charge were introduced. Effects of hot delivery and hot charge were analyzed. The effects were that hot delivery and hot charge could induce fuel and oil consumption of billet furnace, oddment of semifinished metal. Relation between hot delivery and hot charge and modification of technology and product construction was described. Based on existential problems on hot delivery and hot charge in this company, futural development direction was proposed.
