Effects of Oral Xiaofu Tongjie Fluid(硝菔通结口服液) on Nerve SP and VIP Contents of Big Mouse Intestines with Constipation

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of Oral Xiaofu Tongjie Fluid (硝菔通结口服液,OXTF) on nerve SP and VIP contents of big mouse intestines with constipation and study the mechanism of OXTF on constipation.Method:SD mice were feed for one week and divided randomly into groups.SP and VIP content of big mouse intestine were determined after twelve days of OXTF feed except the control group and the model group.Result:The difference of SP and VIP content in big mouse intestine between different dosage of OXTF was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:OXTF with different dosage maybe have the effect on constipation.
