Decisive Factor of International Currency and Study of Internationalization of RMB

Based on the analyzing framework of the simple decisive factors of international currency, this article analyzes the pre-requisites of the idea of RMB becoming an international currency and the difficulties in the internationalization process, resulting in the facts: the internationalization process of RMB is a long one, requiring dozens of years; the necessary path for this process is to begin by trading in RMB, to extend pricing and settling accounts of financial product in RMB and finally become the international reserve currency.
