The Application of Laparoscopy in Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Abdomen:an Experience of 125 Cases

Objective To discuss the clinical application value of laparoscopic technique in treatment of acute abdomen.Method Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 125 cases of acute abdomen from May 2000 to December 2008.Results For patients of unknown preoperative diagnosis,laparoscopy confirmed the diagnosis rate of 99.2%;the laparoscopic surgery succeeded with 120 cases,converting to laparotomy with 5 cases,resulting in none of surgical complications.Conclusion Laparoscopic technique has advantages such as making a confirmed diagnosis as soon as possible for patients with acute abdomen,treating patients with minimally invasive,which deserves promotion in local hospitals.
