The Analyses of Informations about Acute Renal Failure and Rapidly Progressive Renal Failue Renal Biopsy Diseases Based

Abstract

Objective:To research the renal biopsy significance of diagnosing acute renal failue(ARF) and rapidly progressive renal failue(RPRF).Methods:By analysinrg retrospectively the diseases based informations of 67 cases of renal biopsy from ARF and RPRF suffers during the thirteen years from 1992 to 2005.Results:There are 126 suffers of ARF and 21 cases of renal biopsy in which tubular necrosis and acute tubulointersfitial nephropathy happened frequently;in 55 cases of RPRF there are 46 cases of renal biopsy,from glomerulopathy and tubulointerstitial nephropthy happened frequently.Conclusion:This research is good to making renal biopsy for ARF and RPRF suffers whose cause of diseases are as yet unknown and whose diagnosis and treat are unsatisfied,it aslo conduce to instituting cure measures and diagnosing accurately.
