On China's foreign exchange reserve at present

Recently,China's foreign exchange reserve increases rapidly and,since 2001,official foreign exchange reserve increases a lot and the second rapid growth period of foreign exchange reserve appears since foreign exchange system reform in 1994.The theoretical circle has different opinions. China,as a developing country,faces the trends of international finance reform and is inevitable to open its financial industry.As a result,in order to avoid unbeneficial influence of international flow on its economy,the scale of foreign exchange reserve scale becomes an important issue.
