Abstract
Objective: To explore the application value of 64-slice spiral CT with dual-path injection angiography in diagnosis of the Budd-Chiari syndrome. Methods:Retrospectively analysis of the general information of 20 patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome were performed, who were scanned by 64-slice spiral CT with dual-path injection angiography.Results:7 cases simply involved inferior vena cava,5 cases involved hepatic vein, and 4 cases showed inferior vena cava with hepatic vein involvement,4 cases were with inferior vena cava thrombosis and stenosis of external pressure.Compared with DSA,the CTA results were positively correlated with the DSA results(r value=0.966).12 cases had typical spot-like enhancement,3 cases had no significant spot-like enhancement,5 cases had no enhancement.Conclusion:64-slice spiral CT with dual-path injection angiography has clinical application value, and can show inferior vena cava and portal vein clearly in the same time.
