Research on Innovation of Agricultural Science and Technology From the Perspective of Connecting Technology Chain With Industry Chain——Based on an Investigation in Yangzhou of Jiangsu Province

This paper gives a deep research on the problems in the development of the innovation of agricultural science and technology based on a questionnaire survey and case study of Yangzhou in Jiangsu Province.The result shows that,the agricultural technology innovation ability there is generally not high,agricultural science and technology funds and human resources investment is also insufficient,the core strength of innovation is weak,the industrialization level of scientific and technological achievements is still low,the leading agricultural enterprises and farmers lack scientific research support for industrialization,and technology chain and industry chain included in agricultural science and technology innovation chain are always ruptured.Therefore,from the perspective of connecting technology chains with industry chain,it puts forward some relevant countermeasures that will perfect the technology chain,strengthen technical innovation,optimize industrial chain,enhance the level of agricultural industrialization and strengthen the development of the chain of agricultural science and technology innovation to improve the ability of research and development of agricultural science and technology.
