Abstract

Air rotation, though complex,is usually applied in gymnastics,so the training of rotation has been a major concern. This study analyzed the characteristics of trampoline training in gymnastics by means of image analysis and drew the following conclusions: In the take-off stage, the reaction force that athlete receives on the trampoline is obviously smaller than on the free exercise board.Trampoline training helps to enhance athletes' takeoff speed and altitude, therefore reducing the difficulty of movements.A summary of the technical characteristics of the stage of jumping and landing provides theoretical reference for overcoming difficulties in rotation training and helps increase competitiveness.
