Abstract
Based on the controlling program in Matlab language some dynamic performance of metal pushing V belt continuously variable transmission (CVT) power is discussed in detalil and simulation on CVT′s auto speed change function is made,esp the response of CVT under variable power.The results of the study show that cars with metal pushing V belt type CVT can own better performance than those with traditional step transmission or auto speed change transmission.The main virtue of CVT is convenient and can be a best match for the engine.
