Abstract
The growth rate method was adopted to determine the inhibitory effects of common fungicides and their combinations against on Colletotrichum acutatum and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides isolated from pepper. The results showed that prochloraz, tebuconazole and difenoconazole had the maximum virulence for two kinds of Colletotrichum capsici, whose the EC50 of this three fungicides on Colletotrichum acutatum were 0.044,0.203 4 and 0.623 6 μg/mL,respectively,and those on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were 0.020 9,0.063 and 0.363 8 μg/mL,respectively.After mixing fungicides, prochloraz mixed with carbendazim, folpet or metalaxyl-hymexazol all showed a better synergies.
