Abstract
The relationship between technical progress and economic growth is a long standing subjet for study. Currently, when most researchers discuss the contribution of technical progress to economic growth in the field of macroeconomics, sometimes they mention the relationship of the technical innovation and the enterprise development, but they have never researched the problem of combining the above two aspects. After the dialectical analysis of the relationship between technical progress or technical innovation and economic growth,I want to give a precise explanation on it according to the growth theories of Solow,Romer and Lucas from which I can conclude that emphasizing RD,training and exploiting of human resources are the foundamental approaches of economic growth. The best way of doing such research is through combining macroeconomics and microeconomics.
