Abstract
It is indicated in the research,taking as the sample 105 middle level managers from 28 enterprises,on the relationship between strategic decision participation of middle level managers and organizational performance,especially on the function of the decision quality greatly influenced by decision participation,that there exists obviously apositive correlation between strategic decision participation of middle level managers and organizational performance among which the decision quality works completely as a mediation.
