Abstract
In this paper we demonstrate how to use large objects (LOBs) provided by Oracle8 in a MIS application through a concrete example. We illustrate the method to manipulate LOBs in Oracle8 using Delphi 4.0 under the Client/Server and Browser/Server architecture in detail and give the corresponding program codes.
