Abstract
Eight N-piclinamide compounds were synthesized by hydrazinolysis, ring formation and substitution reaction and their antifungal activity against Gibberella zeae,Fusarium oxysporum and Cytospora mandshurica was determined by the growth rate method to develop new green pesticides. The results showed that some target compounds with 50 μg/mL concentration had a certain inhibitory action against Gibberella zeae,Fusarium oxysporum and Cytospora mandshurica and the inhibition rate of 4f compound against Gibberella zeae was up to 34.4%.
