Abstract
A new way of the Gulf tidal energy development was proposed using the dynamic water-head inside and outside the Gulf for tidal power generation.Tide inconsistency was used when it reaches the bottom of the Gulf and outside the Gulf,leading to delay in the tide on Gulf bottom.A dynamic water-level difference was formed between inside and outside of the Gulf,which can be used for tidal power water-head.An ideal tidal energy gulf was built up for the hydrodynamic numerical simulation.Results show that the new tidal energy is existent.Compared to the traditional tidal energy,its impaction is smaller to the hydrodynamic environment and navigation.
