Abstract
Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans is a kind of bacteria being famous for its capability of bioleaching.In this study,the ferrous iron-oxidazing capability and efficiency of low grade chalcopyrite bioleaching from four Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans were measured.The results showed that the ferrous iron-oxidazing capability and efficiency of chalcopyrite bioleaching from CMS- Fland F10-ATCCC23270 strain were higher.The analysis of the influence of ferrous iron-oxidazing capability on efficiency of chalcopyrite bioleaching revealed that the strain with the higher ferrous iron-oxidazing capability had higher efficiency of low grade chalcopyrite bioleaching.
