Abstract
Cytochrome P450 3A4(CYP3A4) is an important hepatic drug metabolic enzyme which is responsible for the metabolism of a large number of substrates such as endogenous and exogenous compounds (especially drugs). CYP3A4 plays a critical role in metabolism of many clinical drugs. Drug interactions related to CYP3A4 are very common. The article reviews drug interaction related to CYP3A4.
