Abstract

The semiconductor thermostat used in the rapid thermal detector of pesticides was studied.Based on the theory of the Peltier effect, semiconductor refrigeration is used to keep the constant temperature. This instrument consists of a thermostat and a controller. The thermostat is disposed symmetrically by two same flow ways aiming at the character of the biosensor:the referential means and the flow injection analysis.Fluid is flowed in the flow way from the bottom in order to exchange heat sufficiently. The temperature is inspected and controlled by an intelligent adjuster. The range of the adjusted temperature is 0~70 ℃.And the time of the temperature adjustment is less than 3 minutes. The precision of the temperature control is ±0.1 ℃.By experiments, the constant temperature performance and the precision of the temperature control are good, which is accord with the requestment.
