Abstract

The problem of value orientation of public policy is the one of basic theory of the analysis of public policy.The values of public policy includes justice,efficiency,practicality and feasibility.The relation between social and economic is its basic value.In the values of public policy,we should attach primary importance to social and take efficiency based on in place of justice based on efficiency,so as to maintain social and lay the foundation of the development of harmonious society in the period of transformation.
