A clinical observation on cerebral infarction treated with CVFT

Objective:To explore the effects of CVFT(Cerebrovascular Function Therapy).on nervous function and the blood velocity of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:60 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treated group and control group.The patients of the treated group had been treated with CVFT on the base of rehabilitation treatment.The control group only received rehabilitation treatment.Before and after treatment transcranial Color Doppler(TCD) was used to detect,and the neurological functional deficit scale were evaluated.Results: neurological functional deficit scale was improved and the blood velocity was increased significantly in the test group compared with that in the control.Conclusions: The CVFT has significant efficacy in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction,and it is a better way for recovery the function of extremities of patients with cerebral infarction.
