Measurement of the Geo-economic Relation of the Centre in Three Gorges Reservoir Area

Abstract
It is essential for counties in the Centre of Three Gorges Reservoir Area to take the road of joint development by carrying out extensive cooperation,avoiding competition and using complementarity.Only in this way,can the economy and society of the counties in the Centre in Three Gorges Reservoir Area realize rapid development.So it is important to measure the geo-economic relation of counties in the Centre of Three Gorges Reservoir Area.By referring to and improving the existing method for measuring the geo-economic relations among different regions,this paper gives a quantitative analysis for geo-economic relation of the Centre of Three Gorges Reservoir Area,and finally proposes relative policy suggestions about economic development of the Centre in Three Gorges Reservoir Area in accordance with the results of quantitative analysis.
