Abstract

Multiple-point geostatistics modeling approach could integrate different types of dates, and captured geological structure from the training images, to generate reservoir model more in line with the geological conditions. This paper expound the principles and procedures of the multi-point geostatistics modeling. Use the multi-point geostatistics modeling and variogram-based geostatistics modeling to simulate the same reservoir, and compare the results.
