Abstract
Aiming at the fluctuation problem of phase-difference between input and output end voltage when inductance was detected with common phase-difference method, a phase-difference measuring circuit that can eliminate the fluctuation by the principle of circuit inter-lockup was presented in this paper. By means of D-triggers, phase difference is sent only once, and by the use of 10MHz crystal, the time measuring precision can be 0.1μs, the measuring d-c internal resistance in inductance is also simplified. According to this principle, 80C552 microchip processor is adopted in the testing system. Thus, the switching from mode of internal resistance measuring to inductance measuring was implemented, and the serial communication with superior controller is also realized. This system is applicable to test of electromagnetic products.
