Abstract
The excavation of deep foundation pit adjacent to the existing metro station structure is a project with great source of risk. The existing structure will inevitably be influenced by the excavation. Based on one example of excavation work close to a metro station in Beijing, the influence of excavation on metro station is studied by FLAC3D stimulation. The method for simulating pile-anchor retaining and deformation joints is proposed, at the same time it is very useful to the numerical simulation of foundation pit. Finally, some deformation rules are concluded, and specific measures are put forward.
