The leading mechanism of urban planning on urban village reconstruction:A case study of Weinan City

Aim To explore the leading mechanism of urban planning on urban village reconstruction so that the urban development and the reconstruction could promote the harmonious results.Methods On the basis of summarizing relevant academic research and fild investigation,the leading mechanism was obtained by analyzing the relationship between the urban planning and village reconstruction,and Weinan City was taken as an example for case analysis.Results The urban planning provided the guide for the reform mode,resettlement approaches and land configuration of urban villages reconstruction;in order to achieve the planning guidance on the reconstruction of the village,the urban planning system should be completed,and the implementation system of villages reconstruction should be improved.Conclusion The practice of village reconstruction should reflect the urban planning,closely combine with the urban planning,so that the village reconstruction can be coordinated with the urban construction.
